Kyle Penniman is an Arizona transsexual who made a gender transition in order to feel congruency between his gender identity and his outward appearance. He struggled with gender dysphoria for many years before deciding to transition from FTM. Since then, he has been active in the Phoenix LGBTQ community and offers his support to anyone having the same issues.
